I have a wonderful friend who is a Pampered Chef consultant, Melissa Einersen. Her website is www.pamperedchef.biz/meinersen. She kindly put together this delightful giveaway package.
Pampered Chef is known for their high quality products. If you decide to check her out, go to the lower, left corner that says "Shop Online", then click on Option #1, hostess name is Morris Tribe.
To enter, leave a comment letting me know if you've ever re-gifted anything.
If you Facebook about it, I'll give you another entry!
If you blog about it, I'll give you TWO more entries!
And if you put it in your church bulliten......just kidding. Don't forget to tell Mom and Grandma!
(Deadline November 20th at noon!)
I must say, I've done it many times. My friends are actually paranoid to buy me gifts for fear it will end up in the "Morris Gift Box" in the basement! Ha! I am very difficult to buy gifts for because I tend to be very practical, AND my love language is quality time, not gift-giving.
So what's your story?

I think in these tough times regifting isn't as cliche as it used to be. I am a giver. If I receive something that I know I don't absolutely need I'll send it on to someone who I know will appreciate it. Makes me feel good. It's not always becaues I don't like the gift. I am now a stay at home mom so every penny counts. Happy Holidays!! :)

Sure we re-gift. Marrying into an 'extended family' who live out of state, we get duplicate gifts, gifts we don't need or won't use, etc. But we know folks who'd like the gift more than we would and are happy to re-gift it to them. Win. Win.

Totally regifters - in fact my husband has a shirt that says Regift responsibly! Our best story is when we gave my brother and new sister in law candles for their wedding and they regifted them the following Christmas to my mom! Whoops! ;-)

I re-gift lots. I tend to be practical and if I'm not going to use it then I will put it in the gift box(the box where we go shopping first for gifts, especially for b-day parties the girls go to). My mom does the same thing and lets me go through her gift draw at home to add to my gift box. That way she doesn't forget and re-gift the gift to the original giver. :)

I've regifted before, but only because I didn't like it and I know it's something the other person would really like!

Who doesn't re gift? I feel that if it's going to end up in the garage or deep in a closet somewhere and someone else would enjoy it more than me that re gifting is a great idea! :)
Said
Yes I have! Many many times. *mostly those bath sets or the little holiday dish sets*

Definitely! Only if I think they'd really like it though.

I would re-gift if the person lived far away! =)

I re-gift poorly thought out baby things all of the time--my 9 mo just got a play mat that is way too young for him...

I have definitely re-gifted!! I do it sometimes, but not all the time, b/c I know that I personally don't mind receiving a re-gift :o)

My family and friends know that I love products from Bath & Body Works. One year for Christmas I got way more than I could ever use, so I re-gifted some of it rather than have these wonderful products go to waste. bkittie@hotmail.com

I don't think I've ever regifted anything...but that's only because I've liked most of my gifts, LOL! I can't say I wouldn't do it! LOL!

Yes, I hate to admit it but I have! But... in my defense... the gift was given to someone who really needed it and loved it!

I am real funny about this. We have some black frames I would like to regift this year but put pictures of the kids in them since BIL is always asking. Usually I will give the re-gift to someone but let them know it is a re-gift. Silly but I feel better and it's still a gift b/c I thought of the person and it is usually something they can use better:)

Unfortunately, I have absolutely re-gifted. In fact I have a whole section in my closet for gifts we get that we might want to re-gift. How sad is that?!?
Said
I've re-gifted things like scarves to my friends and family because I have gotten so many.JD

regifting is totally fine...as long as the person that gifted it to you doesn't find out. We don't drink so we just regifted a super nice wine opener.

I have regifted childrens toys if I received 2 or 3 and their was no gift receipt.

This is terrible: last year for my son's third birthday, I combined half a superman PJ set from freecycle with the other half from his own PJ pile in his closet. I sewed a cape to go with it, wrapped them all up and regifted his own clothes to him. He loved it...but he was only three.
